Check the support before mounting

A delivered support should be unpacked on a clear surface before any camera is attached. Check leg sections, feet, locks and the mounting socket; inspect a separate head for a complete clamp and clean contact surfaces. Preserve protective inserts and keep loose head components from hitting the legs during repacking.

For a damaged or incomplete arrival, contact support@steadyframe.shop with the product name, request reference and the specific component concerned. Retain the packaging while delivery or return arrangements are clarified. A request reference is not confirmation that equipment has left for delivery, and it does not set an arrival appointment.

Steady Frame charges $12.95 delivery below a $250 goods subtotal. Delivery becomes free at a goods subtotal of $250, measured before any eligible newsletter discount. The welcome offer reduces goods by 10% while leaving delivery unchanged. Verify the address and total shown before sending a request, particularly if the equipment is intended for a scheduled shoot.
